90-Day Cycle — No Refunds
The 90-day billing cycle (Pro $30, Elite $60) is a commitment-based plan. Behavioral change takes time — partial commitment leads to partial results. This cycle is non-refundable.
Yearly Plans
Annual subscriptions (Pro at $99/yr, Elite at $199/yr) are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used the system beyond the trial capacity.
Cancel Anytime
You can cancel any subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds for unused time.

Why the 90-Day Cycle Is Non-Refundable
TradeClaris is a behavioral change system — not a trial-and-forget tool. The 90-day cycle is intentionally designed to give you enough time for real psychological transformation. Research shows behavior change takes a minimum of 66 days to form. Committing to the full 90-day window ensures you give the system — and yourself — a fair chance. This is not a restriction; it's a feature of the program's design philosophy.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
If you purchased a monthly plan (Pro at $15/month or Elite at $30/month), you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase. After the 7-day window, the charge is final for that billing period. Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable.
2. 90-Day Billing Cycle (Commitment Plans)
The 90-day billing cycle (Pro at $30 or Elite at $60) is a commitment-based plan and is strictly non-refundable. By purchasing a 90-day plan, you agree that you are committing to the full behavioral change program. This policy exists because discipline requires follow-through — partial commitment leads to partial results.
3. Yearly Subscriptions
Annual plans (Pro at $99/year or Elite at $199/year) are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase, provided your usage has not exceeded trial-level capacity. After the 14-day window, the remaining subscription period is non-refundable.
4. Free Plan
The Free plan has no cost associated with it. There is nothing to refund. You may upgrade to Pro or Elite at any time, at which point the refund policy of your chosen billing cycle applies.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund on an eligible plan, send an email to refunds@tradeclaris.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase and plan name
- Billing cycle (monthly, 90-day, or yearly)
- Reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
6. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation within 24–48 hours of submitting your request. Upon refund processing, your account reverts to the Free tier.
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two separate actions. Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund. To receive a refund, follow the process outlined in Section 5. Upon cancellation, your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
8. Changes to This Policy
TradeClaris reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Can I switch from a 90-day cycle to monthly instead of requesting a refund?

What happens to my data after cancellation?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export your trading journal and analytics. After that, it is permanently deleted.
I'm on the Free plan — can I get a refund?
The Free plan has no cost, so there is nothing to refund. You can upgrade to Pro or Elite anytime, and the refund policy of the chosen billing cycle applies.
Will I be charged again after I cancel?
No. Once cancelled, you will not be charged again. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
